Ici, je vous propose une soupe tr\u00e8s gourmande, avec du potiron (miam !), des carottes (quelle amabilit\u00e9 !) et une pointe de cr\u00e8me (oooh !).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aupetitgargouillis.fr\/2013\/01\/soupe-au-potiron-et-a-la-carotte\/sony-dsc-83\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1021\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1021\" alt=\"Soupe Potiron et carottes\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aupetitgargouillis.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/DSC02850-400x267.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Ingr\u00e9dients (pour deux personnes)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400g de potiron<\/li>\n<li>300g de carottes<\/li>\n<li>1 pomme de terre<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe rases de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>70cl d&rsquo;eau environ<\/li>\n<li>Gros sel<\/li>\n<li>Origan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Epluchez et coupez les l\u00e9gumes, en rondelles fines pour les carottes et en cubes pour le potiron et la pomme de terre. Les mettre dans une casserole et rajouter l&rsquo;eau (elle doit recouvrir les l\u00e9gumes sans les noyer) ainsi qu&rsquo;un peu de gros sel.<\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire \u00e0 feu vif pendant une quarantaine de minutes en couvrant la casserole. Mixez puis ajoutez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche ainsi qu&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;origan et m\u00e9langez.
